Thanks to a throw-away comment from JK earlier I got to thinking about my guitar and remembered that I don't actually have it insured. Since it's a decent make and it good condition I figure this is probably something I should rectify, and since I already have musical instrument insurance for my main trombone it won't be too hard to add it on as
