Well, that didn't take too long. :-) I just checked, and, sure enough, I'm now at the top of the SERP (organic search engine results page) for "retrograde wheelbarrow". I probably was there earlier this morning, but I didn't check it until now.

The number of results have gone from one to five. First me, of course, then wookie_x, one spammy thing, one ( Read more... )

Wow, that's creative.

And, holy crap the comments on xkcd cartoons get so dumb so fast. No wonder each post has like 1500 comments by the time I see them.

Heh.

But on a somewhat serious note, I'm pretty sure that xkcd intentionally selected a phrase that hadn't yet existed, i.e., people could invent just about any answer with equal chances of being "right". That explanation just seemed the most plausible to me; I'm seeing others pop up, too.
