The area of city inside the barriers is called a safezone. And it, indeed is relatively safe, compared to what is outside of course. What is outside is called Wastelands, apparently compression is still occuring there. Things changes, various monsters wander around - it's very dangerous out there.

I can't really say how many of people live inside the city, as not everyone are active over the network, but it's a handful of them. There are clinic, here [x,y] and here [x,y], bar [x,y] and some other things I don't have yet marked on map.

Should I continue?
