Oh. Oh, my God, that's beautiful. I have a soft spot for fics that remember Wilson is Jewish, and you've taken that and created something poignant and utterly unique. Granted, I had to suspend disbelief a little bit at the idea of Wilson with tattoos, but once I stood back a little, it fit: he is the type who'd want some type of permanent reminder, and while I generally fall into the 'significant object' school, body art is a similar expression

I completely agree. I have more than a little bit of a religion kink, and I just adore stories like pwcorgigirl's Pesach (which is, IMO, the benchmark for Wilson's-brother + religion stories), and roga's Ushpizzin. There's just so much richness in stories that are willing to "go there", and explore the faith of characters. And ninebillion is coming up, too.
