more assistance needed!

I always hear people talk about how they found super nice hotel rooms for super cheap on random websites. What are those websites? How can I get a swanky Denver hotel for $10 a night? Please share.

not 10, but for sure 50-60 on priceline. use their "bidding" option and choose the downtown area. cherry creek wouldn't be terrible but not all of it's near good transportation, so better to stick to downtown. you may have to switch hotels on the second or third night--not everyone wants to give *that* many days away for cheap. but all the hotels are within walking distance from each other down there. I think I stayed at the Marriott for 40 and something else for 50 last time I was there.

I can't figure out how to bid - I can do a basic search, but where does the bidding come in?

do basic search. then around the mid-top of the search results page there is a button that says NAME YOUR OWN PRICE. go there!
