Also in the "FTM Sherlock and John" do you mean both of them are, or just Sherlock? And his he giving himself a hormone injection?

In the FTM one I imagines just Sherlock being FTM, but I'm not opposed to the idea of them both being trans. And yes, he's giving himself a hormone injection.
