Birthday Surprises!

So, I generally choose not to really celebrate my birthday. It happens to fall on a national tragedy, and living in the area that I do (so close to NYC, PA, and DC), I sort of feel disrespectful celebrating it. I mean, I know it is my birthday and I had no control over the date or the fact that 19 years later, someone would do something so horrible

your birthday came first. You shouldn't have to stop your life because of that. My stepmom shares a birthday with you, and she still celebrates it :P

Daww, that is wonderful! I kept forgetting to post a bday wish for you on my LJ. While, yes, your bday is on a sad day, I do enjoy that it has something good on that day.
