Luffy...Diaries are like underpants. Most people don't want you sharing theirs with the entire world.

If you find one, you shouldn't read it in public like that unless you're trying to humiliate the owner.

But why not? The owner wouldn't know its his otherwise!

Because people find it embarrassing, that's why. Diaries only contain things people DON'T want to share with other people.

In the future, what you do is ask if anyone has lost a diary. Then you ask them to describe the book to you. If it matches, then you have found the owner.

But if they don't want to share it, then why are they writing it down?

Don't read people's diaries on the network!

Why not??

Because if people wanted the things in their diaries to show up on the network, they'd write them there in the first place, instead. Diaries are for secret things that you don't want to tell people.

It's like going in someone's room and going through their stuff! It's...not nice.

Oh... but if you don't want to tell people, why write it down then?

Hmm. That sort of entry sounds like it could be written by anyone.

Maybe you should read a few more? Then it'll be easier to find the owner.

A few more...? I dunno if I should do that...

Well, you've already read one. What harm is a few more going to do?

But that was just so that the owner of the journal would recognize his journal!

Heh. How cute. You should do some more readings. Keep us all entertained.

...entertained? I'm just trying to find the owner of this diary!

So? They'll come up when they come up! They should have kept a better eye on it anyways. If they didn't want people readin' it, then they should have kept it somewhere safe.
