what size is the lot?

It took me a while to find the assessor's info on it, but woo! The lot is 5400 sq ft. The house is a wee little 1248 sq ft. It more the doubles the amount of yard I have to cut, but on the other hand, it's more room to eventually play with landscaping *g*

funny. our lot is 5500 and the huse is 1364

I'm growing rather fond of it myself as it becomes more like home and less like a dumping ground for piles of boxes ;)
