Suck of the day!
You have got to be joking right? What is so hard about understanding that we don't cover claims that occur before you called to insure you vehicle. That dosen't mean you were never insured and as you say should get your money back. It means you can't buy insurance for a vehicle you already wrecked and expect to get paid!
