Almost Died

Well, maybe not, but I guess I could have. I was on my solo flight from Travis to an airport about 75 miles north of here. Everything was going well, but at about 15 miles from my destination, my VOR navigation equipment started going crazy. I thought it was due to some interference or something, so I turned it off since I could see the airport

PS sorry i couldn't talk last night... I was spending time with the roommies in the fort we built in the living room. I don't spend much time with them so i wanted to:) But yea, i saw that you have become a "collar popper" and i giggled. I have a neutral opinion on collar popping. I feel that some people can pull it off, others cannot. I would have to see you in person to know for sure though... hehe! Have a good St. paddy's day! I know I will, being hardcore Irish and all...:-D
