Dear gods, is there no other company you could get service from? Or threaten to switch to? I admit, there may be no internet company that is really superior in its service to customers than your current one. Well, their price:quality ratio has been the best we could find. And they remained polite all the way through our communication, I gotta give them that. Remarkably useless but polite. Considering that we do have a few service providers that ban their clients for expressing their dissatisfaction with the service quality, our ISP is probably not the worst one out there.

That said, we might end up changing ISP anyway. There is only so long a business can survive on a stinky dial-up connection until the boss runs out of patience.

Ohh, what a nice thought. If only I had such connections... First thing to do would've been to get cell phone numbers of all those Mythical Higher Beings engineers and then make them learn to recognize my voice and face the choice between changing their numbers and fixing the equipment.
