PC troubles...

I have a problem... I installed Windows XP last night (no, thats not the problem) on a clean partition having deleted my old C drive and recreated it so there's nothing there. However, any time I press the CTRL key, the cursor moves tot he begining of the next word. You can imagine how hard it makes it to use shortcuts such as Ctrl+C or Ctrl+V ( Read more... )

any ideas how to fix this or is it a case of new keybaord?

provided you dont touch teh ctrl key, the cursor does exactly as it's supposed to. Hmmmm... just bought new keyboard too... not impressed although it was only £4.50.
