I know a lot of people get commission from Deviantart, they just send out a journal post saying that they are opening up commissions, list their prices, and go from there. I've seen people do that on FB even, so I would think that would be a good place to start.

Also, there's is website where people post commissions they are looking for, and it's much more comics related, because a lot of the times they are looking for pencilers, inkers, colourists, ect. Here's the link: http://digitalwebbing.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=101
