Sooooo I got to Orphan's Cradle in FFXIII :/ but I'm putting off finishing the game because I don't want it to end yet. Good thing there are so many missions?

I think you're really good with your colours for whatever you draw. I love seeing your pieces vv Usually when I'm at that "hate my art" stage, I tend to force myself out of my comfort zone and draw other things. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But after awhile I just get used to my art again.

Guh, I've seen the "I'll tear down the sky" bit when I passed by my little brother playing my FFXIII and I see this pairing indeed! Although I still need convincing, given how I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE CHARACTERS (I've finally started and made it to chapter 2, though!). XD

FFXIII is actually too pretty, it makes me vaguely uncomfortable, but nonetheless entranced. Especially by the environments and stuff, guh.

Re: self-esteem, I think I deal by producing more art or smth, maybe sometimes hoping to get into a new direction. Or just curling up and distracting myself with completely unrelated things, like fandom. Idk.

You should... stop playing FFXIII for a while get some rest? Eat more? :O

Yeah, that's a little early in the game. After they're reunited, the ~*ghey*~ becomes a whole lot more apparent. 8DDD I take it you got your PS3 fixed, then? Yay :D

AND YEAH, this is my first game on a 3rd gen console, and I seriously can't get over how gorgeous the graphics are. At a few points in the game I kind of stopped what I was doing and rotated the camera around to look at the environments. /loser

I think you're right 8I I have a bad tendency to not ever work outside my comfort zone and that's probably the cause of quite a few of my woes, derp

I-I'm normally just exuding with arrogance (according to my mother) that low self-esteem is rarely a problem. BUT if I am suffering from that because of my craptacular art, I usually just go away and do something wholly unrelated for a while (like cooking, cleaning the house). Helps me get my mind blank enough so I don't have to think about it much.

O_O I HOPE YOU'RE OKAY. Having your brain leaking out all over the washroom tiles won't be fun.

YESSSSSS. I feel like the game's enjoyability goes up exponentially when Fang/Vanille is added to the equation (and Snow doesn't get as much screentime ffffff). BUT THAT'S JUST ME :I :I :I Even though Lightning sort of stops slapping Snow around in the latter part of the game. DISAPPOINTMENT.

8D That's kind of what I've been (inadvertently) doing. I've been doing nothing but studying the past few days and I feel better. \o/
