So glad to see you back online. I imagine you have much to do! These pictures tell the tale very well.

You all were hit pretty hard. Some of the stories and news clips I've been reading and watching have been heart breaking.

I'm glad you were only inconvenienced.

Actually, it's not at all fair or reasonable. The high temperature in Chicago yesterday was 11 degrees Fahrenheit with below zero windchills. Brrr!! Well, it's supposed to warm up into the twenties over the next couple of days. I hate this time of year here!

Not too bad. In fact, it turned out fine. I no longer have a compelling need to LiveJournal every day. A few days a week will be reasonable. I just may have kicked this blog habit!

Well then you missed the LJ outage over the weekend. It was kind of freeing actually. This LJ thing sucks wayyyy too much time but I do enjoy it.

I was happy my car survived the storms. It managed to not get crushed by any falling trees - and most importantly, the convertible top didn't leak!
