I don't know. The human-like nose looks like it was airbrushed on! Did you see video footage of the fish on the news?

I recall back in the 80s having sushi in Nashville in the only sushi bar in town. They didn't have my favorite - uni (sea urchin eggs) with raw quail eggs. A few years later, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there were many, many sushi bars in town (musicians love the stuff) - and they had my uni! So, I am curious. Can you order uni in a West Virginia sushi bar today? If so, I recommend you try it with the quail eggs. : P
