Did you try the warm milk trick? It usually works as a last resort when I can't sleep. Do you have to look at all the submissions yourself or do you have an assistant that can preview them and weed out the unworthy before you have a go at them?

Where are you thinking of going to in Wales?

Flying is the perfect thing to help me sleep. It keeps my mind from drifting and that's exhausting mentally, making for a perfect nights sleep after a time of it.

and Mojo. Mojo is a boy. Mojo had a love affair with Alex's horse Cornflake. I'm sure people remember that. Something about a cult in Hungary or some shite like that.

And does it really matter anyway? he's neutered. he has no real gender anymore.
