Maybe not, some skills are genetic. I'm guessing some can be tutored though.

Yes, like a woman a few days ago who healed my wounds almost instantly. I was wondering if I could learn how to do something like that.

I'm a doctor, so it would be useful.

She just moved her hand..and the incisions just knit themselves back together.

No redness, no infection, nothing.

Is that something you can teach? In my world you study medicine, but you don't get any magic power.

I'm not sure, but I doubt it.

I know some abilities are genetic.
