this is one of the most horrible things that I have ever seen.

These puppies were seen being dumped out of a van at a Detroit park badly burned. A good samaritan found them, rushed them to the vet and contacted us. They are now safe in foster care; however, their vet care will be very costly

i dont know whats wrong with people, i was watching the news last night (here in philly) and they were talking about how they found a puppy whos mouth and eyes and ears were super-glued. =(
