Well, since I'm new and completely inexperienced, I'm trying things out a bit. This is my first attempt on fiction and ... just read it, it's not that long, and mabe there'll be someone who likes it.

Oh, this is really nice! I like the dreamy nature of it and that you've chosen a life for them that is very much removed from their real situation, but at closer inspection seems completely fitting and plausible. I've always seen them as rather independent people, who don't constantly need people around them, especially not if they have each other's company. Your story captures that very well. :-)

I only stumbled across this by chance today, you should have posted this to one of the Albion comms! It's lovely. xxx

I didn't dare to post in to any Albion comm because I have no idea whatsoever how cut posts and such things, which added to the fear that nobody would like it...

Well, if you want to, I can send you a starter's guide on how to do html tags (including LJ cuts, links to journals etc.). It includes just the basics, but it works really well. :-) Just send me your email address and I'll get it to you. And don't be scared of posting, everyone's generally very nice on the comms!

Aww, thanks. The next part of The Escalator has finally been finished and is now at my beta's. :-D At first I wasn't too sure about posting either, but it gets a lot less scary after you've done it for the first time. Trust me. :-)
