How to submit your art:

Rating: The rating is for the art itself, not what you want the fic to be.

Warnings: Again, this is meant for the art (is there nudity or violence depicted, etc.), not what you want for the fic.
Description: This is where you can go into detail about what you had in mind when creating the prompt, preferences, dislikes, and so on. Please keep in mind that the more specific or less flexible you are, the harder it might be to find you an author.
Link to art: ONLY APPLICABLE if this a fanmix, or a video too large to e-mail.

- Art pieces should be completed drafts. You may still make changes, but the art should be complete enough that a writer could work from it even if no changes are made.
- They are due by March 29th, 2014, but you're welcome to submit them earlier if you're ready.
- Submissions should be sent to dareversebangmod@gmail.com with the subject: Art Submission. Attach the file to the email.
- You may only submit up to two separate prompts, with one piece per prompt.
- If you have more than one prompt, please submit them in separate e-mails.
- If you have more than one completed piece for a single prompt, we encourage you to a.) submit them in one image file as a collage, or b.) submit the one you feel has the strongest chance of being claimed, and indicate that there are other pieces in the description.
- If you are doing a comic style piece with panels, it must be one image file.
- If you are making a fanmix, submit the front and back cover (which usually has the songs listed on it) as one image file, or submit the front cover with a list of songs included in the description.
- There is no maximum size for art, though each art prompt must be at least 400 by 600 pixels. If it is a vid it must be at least 30 seconds in length. If it is a fanmix, it must include at least 8 songs, plus cover art (minimum 400 by 400 pixels).
- There is no need to submit a thumbnail version.
- Images can be sent in the following formats: GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and BMP.
- Videos can be sent in the following formats: 3GPP, AVI, FLV, MOV, MPEG4, and WMV.
- Please do not upload your art anywhere; artwork should remain anonymous until after claims reveals. Only if you have a fanmix, or a video with a file size too large to e-mail, may you upload to an anonymous file sharing site like mediafire and send us the link.
- Please make the file name your LJ username, and add a number if you have more than one prompt. For example: dareversebbmod.png. Or: dareversebbmod_1.jpg and then dareversebbmod_2.avi. This will allow us to keep things organized and to ensure no duplicate file names.
