awsome day
well today was one of my top favorite days this summer. on monday i pulled something in my pack lifting a 5 gallon bucket of paint. so the rest of the day i didnt do anything. tuesday my back was still pretty sore and i couldnt run or work. so i just sat around until it was time to go to the beach with the ctk. that was pretty fun. i skimboarded a
