soooo pretty much i havent up dated in a loooong time and since i have nothing to do this weekend, i decided to write. track season went really good for me. i improved by a lot by the end of the season. i cant remember exactly what time i got on the 800, but i think it was like 2:03. something around there. thats a 10 second improvment from the

ohhhh darren thomas hansen you are my favorite. we rock and we always will. You know, i saw you on sunday, tuesday, wednesday, friday, AND saturday. you have no idea how thankful i am for that. thanks for all you do. and i need to resign your yearbook.
