DA was featured at a keyboard/synthesizer seminar a while ago with Keyboard Magazine. It seems they made a pamphlet/book with some of his arranged music examples and instructions in it, etc. It reads "Daisuke Asakura's Music Arranging Classroom" and it says the CD features some track demos DA put together that go along with the book (specifically for the seminar). A follow-up guide to the seminar, it seems.
As far as I know access has not announced any plans for live-streaming yet. I'd be surprised if they didn't do it for at least one of them though.
If this is what I think it is...:) This was broadcast on uStream awhile back. I stumbled upon it by accident when I was on Twitter and I actually watched the last half of it. It was pretty cool. He used pieces of the Pray for Japan remix of Catch the Rainbow as examples, and some pieces of Soul Dynamite as well.
