so lets see whats been going on... the superbowl was awesome until i slipped on ice and broke my arm... a mid-shaft humerous fracture. so now that my entire arm is in a cast other then that life is swell... i am back to work which surprisingly is good. this week tho i got a bone stimulator which is going to hopefully make the bone heal quicker ( Read more... )

so i broke my humerous... the bone connecting the elbow to the shoulderlike snapped it on the way to my car after the super bowl ... went to the hospital and got it in a splint... o it hurts.... o the pain
