Tell me again why you're staying in W.A? I'm not being an asshole either...I just don't get why you'd subject yourself to something that makes you unhappy or not all you can be. WA rocks! I'm here coz I want to be. WA doesn't make me unhappy and I've NO desire to fly the coop again, really, just trying to get it working here is tuff. Sorry for the whinge.
I can count my true friends on one hand... True enough, but I've many fingers on my hands, or maybe I have many arms. Here in Perth its one hand and going down on a daily basis. I must check my stars, I seem to be surrounded by conflict when it comes to friends. Except yourself, you are a rock!
I'll check back in later, sure to have good news after my interview and I'll be all light and bubbles after that!
You will kick ass at the interview!! I'm going to ring you tonight to see how you went, and to tell ya that I love ya and miss you...
I know why you're in Perth, it's your home and you've always had a desire to get back there... your true friends will always be around babe, even if many of them are now scattered across the country!
Hey loveliness....you got friends all over. I would be worried if seeing images of starving kids and bomb blasts didn't get you down a bit 'cos you are a caring soul!! If I was you I would switch the telly off for a week though, don't go near the newsagent etc. I have always preferred the ostrich way of dealing with crisis.
And while you are burying your head in the sand you can always check out a nice looking sunset in the proces, so it's all good in WA I reckon!!
There is nothing more beautiful than a WA sunset. (Besides a couple of WA chicks like Rox & myself) I truely meant it when I said I'm not sure if I could function without them. I was in Syd for a few days in July and it freaked me out a bit!!!
And....I'm all for the ostrich approach to dealing.
