Tonight was the final night that Putt-Putt existed as Putt-Putt. Apparently the guy who used to be the manager when it first opened didn't pay the mortgage on the place. And continued to not do so. Of course, it piled up and the interest really started biting them in the ass. In the end they were over $3 mil in the hole, and operations ceased at 10 ( Read more... )

$3mil? Damn! It must have taken years to rack up that debt. Sad to hear about that place go. Has anyone heard anything possibility of new managment taking over?

Well shoes.

I remember that being one of the first places I played on a "whole arcade machine" and learning of this "DDR Freak" place. I remember Meeting Marcus there too.

I remember that being one of my first tournaments... where I proceeded to meet JBoy, MSD, Josh, Irish.... soooo many neat people.

I hadn't been there in about 2 years :(.

Otherwise, DDRFreak is temporarily on hiatus so I cannot update machine locations right now.
