We had a general election last weekend (July 2nd), and I was thinking, "well, at least it won't be like Brexit or Trump, how bad can it be?". The sentiment still holds, but four days have passed, and we don't actually have a new government yet. And I remember seeing some kind of Big Chair on the Amazing Race that went across the US, and I know you have a lot of quirky stuff. Do you actually call your stuff the Big Whatever, though? I tend to think you probably have more creative names, but I don't know *g*

I love the Big Things, but I didn't know about the Big Merino, he looks a happy soul. I've seen the Big Banana and the Big Prawn, and heard of a few others, but not this one.

Canberra is pretty much a constructed city, because Sydney and Melbourne couldn't agree on which was more important I learned something new today! I do really love your trips/travel posts because they're so far from anywhere I've ever been, you're literally reporting from the other end of the world! :)

Yes, it was so realistic, when I first saw it out of the corner of my eye, it was like - wait, who jumped on a table? I do think the blobfish was very interesting to see 'up close' given its reputation for ugliness. Posed like that, it looks rather cute, though *g*
