As I've posted on facebook, I've decided to sell my bike.  I might do a long post later about reasons, but here's a quick summary I wrote up when someone at work asked, "Why?":

Well, I mean, I could come up with a ton of other ones, none of which would be as good as what you could come up with for yourself...... but I was just sticking to simple. ;)

I keep telling kittykat1978 I should get a bike to make the 10 miles from our house to the bus park-n-ride more fuel economical and she just ain't buying what I'm selling...

I do know what you mean about the bikers in the bay area and they're need, if not obsession, with showing off and doing stupid shit... usually on the freeways at high rates of speed...
