Finally the wave is over and is peaceful for now...

Went back to the gym again to get Denesh to train me up on my physical again...and also going to work on my weight and fitness.

Tons of things happen but i just too lazy to pen it down because i havent had a good rest..I just need some sleep.
Busy day going to come again!

Yeah..i am back to my training days to keep myself fit and slim, if possible. By saying doesnt help, but just need alot of motivation and pushing for myself to get fit. Just went for my training session at Denesh workplace at Queen street...is wonderful having him training me up and keeping me fit. I just hope i have more self discipline myself to ( Read more... )
