Ah yes, what a weekend. Went to WPB for the first time since I moved. I've settled nicely into a (sometimes boring) routine here and it's hard to believe I've been here over 4 months already. Longest time I've spent out of Palm Beach County since 1985! Anyway, I went down there and stayed with my friend Chris who I haven't seen in years

I'm glad your trip was good. That could have been a hugely awkward situation, but you handled it really well. Good for you!

Bet was bugging us on Friday night about how he had been thinking about how much fun our last trip down to WPB was last May and that he wants desperately to do it again. We kept reminding him that you didn't live down there anymore so it wouldn't be the same and he was like "Oh yeah...that's right!" Then we told him you were on your way down there that very night to stay for the weekend and that you had offered for us to go with you and he was like "Damn! I want to go with him!" He was really, genuinely disappointed he didn't get to tag along with you. Hee hee. So if he's around and you ever need another road trip buddy, apparently Bet's your guy.
