Well right now me and Dale go for a morning and afternoon (if time allows) walk and then I'm going to start doing stairs at work for 15 minutes at a time as a start. I'll pass on the rabbit chow, as I'm focusing more on portion control, the whole eat a little, gentler stuff several times a day.

I'm happy my kind/weak heart was able to give you a pleasant week.

Hi LaToya. Unfortunately, me and Shannon aren't together anymore. We split a few months ago before the wedding. We still talk and I'll let her know you said hello. I hope you and Vince are doing well.
