So today was a ok day.. read my story deception to my English class.. I was kind of nervous... worked out for a hour and a half.. burned over 800 cals and yea I feel sooo sick.. ugh.. anyways everything seems to be ok... well except that I am starting to second guess myself again when it comes to work.. some things never really change... -
