You'd hope that the people that loved you and birthed you would accept you but the reality is, is that they don't. My mother thinks I am living in la la land by looking for internships in non-profit organizations. It like what I want to do is unrealistic. Why is it so bad that I want to do good in this world and leave an Eleanor like legacy behind
