I've never ever had any problems with BofA. Today I got into a panic. I got online to check my bank balance and my paycheck wasn't in there. Right off i'm like WTF? I have direct deposit. I tried to call the bank to check the automated and see what it showed for my balance. Phone dead. I'd been having issues for awhile now with my cell phone ( Read more... )

B of A screwed me so many times that I finally had to leave.

I've been with BofA for about 12 years now. This is literally the first time i've ever had any kind of problems with them

I helped installed B of A's computers back in the late 80's and they offered me free checking for life. But I had so many problems with them like delayed direct payroll deposits too. Then they tried to charge me for my checking account when they were bought and said that my agreement was with their old B of A and they did not have to honor my lifetime free checking. I told here to hit a certain key sequence on her terminal (which would bring down the whole system and restart everyone) and then I closed my account the next week. Don't fuck with the people who installed your damn computers.I switched to the credit union I work for and I never looked back or regretted it.

This was the first incident i've ever had with them. Even after the merger. I never had any problems. I noticed when I got off work tonight that my deposit was finally credited to my account. This is the first time i've ever been unhappy with them
