it's getting crazier and scarier at work these days. it all started when they walked the admin out, D, a month ago. all were surprised. D was well-loved in the building. i didnt like him (he can be cocky at times), but i liked the way he ran the place. he supported the DNS's projects and togethey they made improvements

40 miles from my job now pero closer to another. im abt 10 miles from New Haven. cuts the trip to NYC to abt half an hour. not bad, ryt.

Believe me when I say your facility is not the only one experiencing that. The nursing shortage just hits each nurse you know? And the worse hit are the poor patients. Hang in there....

You can even go more than 40 miles if you want... all the way to Cali. We're the only ones with a nurse:patient ratio. He he he... unless your new place can pass that state law. ;)
(which is not to say we're better, kasi we're still hard up! Naku! kung alam mo lang!)

there's shortage everywhere. the lay-offs though is management scheme, business move. they ultimately want to get rid of the union (im not part of it though). the new place i wont start until next year. kasi uwi muna ulit ako. hehehehe ... meanwhile, i'll stick it here.
