...Good to hear that you and your family are starting to heal and that you were able to do something together to help with it...Beaches do indeed make for good therapy and help in calming one's mind...Take it from someone who grew up on one~~ I'd recommend going back regularly if you can...It'll help you even more...

We like to think it's Otou-san who helped us, with that last promise to Sayu. :) And we plan to, desu. Maybe next time we'll visit the beaches of yours, Rin-senpai and Tanishi-senpai's hometown, desu. :D

I went through hell when I lost my father, and I was only 10 years old at the time...Losing a parent has a strange way of making you grow up real quick...But sometimes in the wrong ways...If I can help you avoid some of the negativity that comes with this situation, then I'll do all I can for you...

...What sort of negativity are there, Chinen-san? I... could feel some bitterness whenever I hear my classmates talking about their dads, but I assumed it's just jealousy on my part.

And growing up... I'm afraid I had, desu. I... really, really didn't want to. Not yet.
