yesss i totally understand. my paper journal has always been pretty motley; it's got lecture notes alongside whining about relationships alongside funny things my friends say alongside profound philosophical thought, and i've always figured this makes it more vital & also an interestingly wide-ranging record of my mind. however, i've been a lot less dedicated to it lately than i was in college. and i'm a literature student, i eat meta with a spoon. :) no need to apologize.

i'm jealous of your museum-goings & would like to come along sometime. my paper is due in, like, 48 hours so we will hang out imminently.
