who are we to talk about the end of the world when people are living it every day of their lives? in north korea, in haiti even before the earthquake . . .

That is a good poem. It reminds me of alot of the Northwest nature poets, contemporaries of Gary Snyder or more William Stafford and folks in that tradition. I sold most of the books by those guys but I still have a few gems. You should borrow one.

also extend the poem if you can.
