I've placed a deflection kidou over the 5th apartment building. It is double-layered, bound to the building itself. All captains minus those who have gone to the curse should be able to pass through, and may bring others with them as long as they are physically attached. I have transferred medical supplies to several rooms if you can't get to the hospital.
I will be going out into the city.

[ooc: If you couldn't tell, Isshin is going on the warpath. He's tired of sitting cooped up and not doing anything. For those of you who don't know, he's a captain-level shinigami of Ukitake/Kyouraku/Urahara/Youichi's generation. We've never seen his ban kai or even what his sword's name is, so we'll just assume he won't have to go that far? ^^; Sorry if that's a spoiler for someone, but there's no way around it. Feel free to engage him on the streets, but he's heading to temple to relieve Ukitake. If you want to take on the barriers that are on the apartment building please do feel free to try and invoke daddywrath.]
