Hate to say it, Doctor Kurosaki, but most people in this City are likely a danger to themselves or others.

I'm more worried about having someone come in saying that they are a human bomb or something like that. Those who are unable to control their powers need to be dealt with and gotten out of the crowd quickest, but the vampires and psychopaths can wait in line like everyone else.

Do you know what the disease is? One moment they're fine, maybe some fever and dizziness, and then next moment they're attacking anyone nearby. I don't want to mix them in with the smoke inhalation victims.

Whatever it is it's contagious through liquid transfusions, more than likely by entering the blood stream. Contaminated water killed Longbottom's plants within a day.
