I'm not going to comment on what people think about if its either nation who's responsible for the slaughter of Doma, but I can only say this.

Its not the fact of the culprit that's to be asked, but rather the reason behind this unreasonable killing. Doma was a town in the Badlands - a neutral town - but yet now its dead along with its citizens ( Read more... )

The 4423 at large had nothing to do with the poisioning, Kurosaki-san, I can promise you that.

...I can't speak for the actions of all. There may yet be a rogue acting independently on that crew, but Captain Amasawa knows the political rammifications of this better than anyone. There's no motive at all to endanger her ship or her crew for senseless genocide.

That's good to hear. I doubt any normal people would have the capability to commit such a crime anyway.

If that's the case, then its best if you all acted quickly to weed that person out. Watch his movements; see what happens when the suspect is under pressure. Sooner or later, even the best of actors will slip at one point or another.

Believe me, we're not going to let this slip by. The moment we have any idea who might have done it, I doubt they'll live long enough to be properly tried and punished by government...not unless we need them as a sacrificial goat to prove our innocence. Monsters like that deserve no less.

I wish you the best then, Heihachi-san. The truth will be revealed one way or another, I'm sure of it.

Too few are questioning the reason. There were no reported lootings. What gain would pirates have with the action, to implicate themselves, then not even reap the benefits?

Someone always gains something. Doma wasn't wiped out without a reason, but how do you propose anyone discover it?

I suppose that's the question we all have to work towards to find out. Once we know the reason, the truth will become clear.

The flaw is without a clue as to who there's no lead on why, but without a good idea of why, finding out who would be almost impossible.

Then we can only guess that that might have been the criminal's intention all along - stir fear into the hearts of people with their faceless crimes.
