There's a library next to the 2nd apartment building, if you can't find a bookstore. But I'm sure there's at least one in the City Proper.

Amusingly, I'm in the apartment down the hall - 103. So, we're neighbors, sort of. At least until I find somewhere to move to.

There's a library at the university. Lot's of books there. Luke-san works there, so he should be able to help you out there.

A University? Oh I do like the sound of that.

I'm not sure there are any classes there, though. There might be, but I'm not terribly sure. There are all sorts of things like that in the City, that are just sort of there without anyone knowing why.

Considering that I'm here without knowing why, and it seems everybody else is also here without knowing why, I suppose it's not surprising.
