First impression: wow.
Second impression: still wow.
This movie was better than the first two - much better. The director has done his job pretty well, according to me. The filming techniques were darker and gave the movie that ambiance of danger that really fits with the story ( Read more... )

I like Draco being chicken. I think it's the way it should be since he's expected to be fearless coming from Slytherin, and he's just a baby deep down. :) I liked the old Dumbledore, too. :(

Hm...maybe you're right, but I've just always imagined him as a boy who's afraid of nothing... and it was weird seeing him run away after he got punched by a girl :\
Old Dumbledore wasn't bad, but this one is just better... more like I thought he'd be. A strong independent man. The old one was a little... I don't know how to describe it. It seemed like he was old and fragile and definitely not in a state to threaten Voldemort.

I think that is why I thought it was funnier that he ran away after he got punched. Everyone thought he was fearless until he met Hermione. :)

I liked how old Dumbledore didn't seem like a man that could threaten Voldy but definitely did.

Oh my, Hermione is so scary :p

Hm... maybe you're right about the Dumbledore-part, but I still think the new Dumbledore's better :)

Yeah, Sirius was a poor excuse for a dog indeed. I believe he's being described in the books as being big, black and bear-like, or something. And not some underweight terrier.
