that's a pretty large generalization of the muslim world. don't really appreciate that. sometimes, all the media shows is the extremes.

Every time something like this happens people always say "you're just generalizing the Muslim world," but in the 15 odd years I've actually been paying attention to the news I've seen nothing but intolerance and fanaticism.

What's bugging me in this particular instance is that they're railing against the intolerance of the Western world. All that happened there was a few cartoons, and their response is to go burning down embassies and rioting around the world. To me that doesn't sound like the act of a civilized culture.
