I had my first "old" moment in my physics lab last week. One consequence of switching my academic focus towards dentistry at the end of my undergraduate career is that I now find myself taking classes with people who were in middle school when I graduated. pfft...kids these days. So what movies can they reference, "Old School", "American Pie", and "Fast and the Furious"? Please...lam0rz.

I laughed at your Back to the Future reference, so you get a gold star for 80's geekery today. :)

The Back to the Future movies are still shown on cable from time to time, but chances are the younger generation is too busy playing XBox and blogging on their emospace. Now if you only made a "The Last Starfighter" reference that would really send them into a land of confusion.

Back to the Future is on cable constantly. Not as often as Ferris Bueller's Day Off, mind, but still! There is no excuse for them not to at least get the reference. Pity them their ignorance...it was a great joke.
