I think I would recommend adding garlic powder and a little black pepper to the breading. I made a small test batch, maybe a dozen or so and most of the breading I used was untouched, so I popped it in the fridge. I'm going to try adding these tonight and make a second batch. (Note I will continue making test batches for as long as I can justify it. Tomorrow night's batch will be slathered in Frank's red hot before baking :-D )
