I vote C, then try your cardio on Saturday. If it hurts like hell, seek medical attention. But staying off it a day probably would be best.

Ya don't wanna fuck with knees, man. They're not designed well. :)

Alright, I defer to your greater wisdom. I will just do my "weighted" exercises today then and leave off on the running. I went for my lunchtime walk and that was not terrible, but I wasnt moving terribly fast. Maybe I will go to the pool and do a few extra "arms only" laps today, since that gets my heart racing like a motherfucker.

I think the swimming is an awesome idea. :) That's typically easier on joints. =) Good luck... and it's good to hear gym is going well for you!
