Does anyone have or know somebody who has an old or unused car in decent condition that they'd be willing to sell for a reasonable price?

My Alex's transmission went on Monday, and she needs a new car badly since she is working out near Logan and the T doesn't run as early as her shift starts most days.

how much is she looking to spend? i'm looking to sell my car, but it's not too old and is in good condition and isn't a cheap throwaway... 2003 VW GTI VR6, for reference.

Probably less than your willing to take - she wants something in the $6000 and below range, although she might go a little higher
